Canadian Pugwash met for four days at Thinkers Lodge. In addition to the member agenda there was a public forum at the Pugwash District High School chaired by Alexa McDonough, O.C. Dr. Kennette Benedict spoke on “The Legacy of Hiroshima – 70 years on” and Mr. Poul-Eric Christiansen spoke on “How will the next generation champion disarmament?”
